Message From The Director:
THANK YOU
for visiting our
Building and Codes Department Webpage
. It is our desire that you will find the services and information you need as we endeavor to work with you to make Hendersonville a better place to live, work and play. We welcome any suggestions or ideas that you may have that will allow us to improve the effectiveness of this Webpage.
We are currently providing online permitting through
BuildeRadius
, a posting of all locally adopted codes including local amendments, the ability to file property maintenance complaints online, selected contact information and related links. Our state-of-the-art online permitting system is not limited to only builders and contractors who have already signed up for our premium online service. It is now possible for even the one time contractors and individual homeowners to track their projects online as well as communicate interactively with the Building and Codes Department regarding a specific permit, question or concern.
Hopefully in the future we will be able to expand the number of services and resources that we are now currently providing.
Again,
THANK YOU
for visiting the Hendersonville Building and Codes Department Webpage!
