The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will be holding an informational meeting for the public on TDOT’s Walton Ferry Road/Old Shackle Island widening project. The public is encouraged to attend anytime between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM to learn more about the project and provide feedback at designated stations.
The project, which stretches from Nokes Drive to Volunteer Drive, includes reconstruction, realignment, and widening for approximately one mile. The improvements are intended to address congestion, improve safety, and accommodate growth in this rapidly developing area.
