Representatives from the Sumner County Trustee’s office will be at City Hall (101 Maple Drive North, Hendersonville, TN 37075) September 9 - 12, 2025 from 8 am to 4 pm to assist homeowners who qualify for the tax freeze program for property taxes.
To qualify, homeowners must be 65 years old on or before December 31, 2025 and their income must not exceed the income limit of $47,370.00 based on 2024 income. Proof of age and proof of all income is required to qualify for this program.
