Facilities

Memorial Park Shelter 1 is ideal for smaller parties and events.  This shelter includes picnic tables, a grill, and a fireplace and will accommodate up to 40 people.  This shelter is next to a multipurpose athletic field, restrooms, walking trial, and dog park, as well as near the tennis courts and Kids Kingdom playground, but not adjacent to these facilities.

Rental Rate 

• $10 per hour for Hendersonville residents, $15 per hour for non-residents
• Fees are due at the time of reservation
• Rentals are available 7 days a week from 8:00am to 8:00pm
   
  

How To Reserve

• Rentals for this shelter require a reservation 3 days prior to the event. Please note, we no longer accept rentals over the phone.
• Make a reservation online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In-person reservations are accepted Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm at the Parks office located inside City Hall.  View availability and make a reservation Online
