Our Fire Suppression personnel currently consists of 3 Division Chiefs and 93 Firefighters (including Firefighters, Senior Firefighters, and Captains).
Our department schedule is made up of three shifts (A, B, and C) with our Firefighters working 24 hours on and 48 hours off.
Our Divisions Chiefs are:
- 'A' Shift - Division Chief Gabe Hannah
- 'B' Shift - Division Chief George Edwards
- 'C' Shift - Division Chief Darrell Chance
Our Firefighters are housed at our six stations throughout the city.

Sumner County EMS has three ambulances "housed" in Hendersonville. These locations are Stations 1, 3, and 5.
While we work hand in hand with Sumner EMS, they are a completely separate entity from the Hendersonville Fire Department.
