Alarm Registration

  1. Residential and Business Owners may register their alarm with HPD.
  2. A short form must be completed wherein two emergency contacts should be listed. These two contacts should have access to the property and could arrive at the property within 20 to 30 minutes. Phone numbers are required for these contacts.
  3. Any amendments to the original Alarm Registration must be made in person.
  4. Requestor must present photo ID.
  5. You can download and fill out the required request form beforehand by clicking the link below or you can always pick up a copy of the form at the Police Department. A PDF Reader is required to view the form. You must bring the form, along with your Photo ID in person to the Records Department.
