Daily Trash Collection Update

                  Trash collection as of 03/09/26 is running on schedule.  

GENERAL REMINDERS & RULES:

  • All residents MUST have their trash out for collection by 6:00 am on their service day. Failure to do so may result in a missed collection for the week. 
  • Curbside volume cannot exceed, two cans (up to 96-gallons), two additional bags and two bulk items. For further clarification on what constitutes as a bulk item please refer to our "Bulk Trash Items" link. 
  • All cans must have lids 
  • All trash must be bagged. 
  • All boxes MUST be broken down and put in your cans or in bags next to it. Please keep in mind only (2) bags are allowed out next to your cans weekly. Large/oversized boxes can be placed at the curb and will be counted as a bulk item. Smaller boxes must be broken down.
  • Backdoor collection (medical waiver or upgraded service) cannot exceed 4 cans (up to 65-gallon), and two bulk items placed at the curb.  All trash except two bulk items must be bagged in cans at the backdoor. Bulk items must be brought to the curb.
  • All backdoor cans must be visible from the driveway side of the house. They cannot be placed under any carports, or behind fences, and gates. Please ensure vehicles are not blocking access as well. 
  • Please make sure pets are not loose during trash collection timeframes (both backdoor and curbside).
  • Yard Debris will be collected if placed inside plastic bags. These will count toward the weekly volume limit
  • Waste Pro will not pick up "clean outs" or "move outs" with excessive trash that does not fit into the weekly collection guideline rules.

If your trash isn't collected by 6pm on your scheduled delivery day, please submit a missed trash collection report by clicking the link below OR by calling 615-822-1016 within 24-hours.   If we miss your phone call, please leave a voice message and we will follow-up as soon as possible.  Please note that there is no tone after the informative greeting so when the greeting ends, please begin speaking.
