Recreational Programs or Athletic League Proposals:
Private Outdoor Fee Based Activity: (POFA) is defined as a class, clinic, camp, guided activity, program or related service organized and offered by a Permittee for which a payment, fee, or other consideration is expected to be made to the Permittee.
Because the staff of the Hendersonville Parks and Recreation Department cannot conduct all of the activities people are interested in, we have created opportunities for individuals and businesses to conduct activities in Hendersonville parks through a POFA Permit.
Facility Rentals:
There are several shelter options throughout numerous parks as well as 12 tennis courts located at Memorial Parks available for rent to the general public. Below are several links to the guidelines and facility offerings available for renting your next family gathering or event.
