The Hendersonville Parks Department offers several shelters, picnic areas and courts to rent for your next party or event.
How to Reserve a Shelter, Court or Event Space

The Parks Department cannot put a hold on a shelter or take reservations over the phone. Payments for shelter rentals can be made online or in person at the Parks office. The city accepts cash, checks, or credit cards for all rentals. Note: a small processing fee will be applied for all credit card transactions.
Please Note: Sanders Ferry Number 8 rental request can be made online however, is each request is pending staff approval. Once a staff has approved a request payment must be submitted within the week. Shelter #8 cannot be requested online less than 14 days in advance. All other shelters can be reserved online without a request and staff approval.
