Paving Plan

FY2026 Paving Plan Starting Soon! 

This year's budget includes $6.5 million for paving. The city will once again be contracting with Rogers Group to complete the work. They will be providing a letter to residences prior to the start of the work. We will also be posting the current roads planned for milling and paving below. The full list of roads planned to be paved this year is posted below. 

Roads Currently In Progress or Coming Soon* (Updated 9/4/2025): 
Stop 30 Rd, Breakwater N. Edgewater Ct., Ridge Ct., Coldwater Dr., Rushing Water Ct, Stuart, Merrimac, Monitor, Cumberland Blue,  Redbud Dr., Monitor Ln, Merrimac Rd, Maple View Tr.  

*Roads will be milled first in batches then paved.  View the full paving list below to see which sections of the road are being paved this year. 

Tips for when paving is scheduled to start soon: 

  • Sprinkler systems should be turned off 
  • Avoid parking along the road.
